I’ve been watching Tasting History for years now. It started as Max Miller’s pandemic project on YouTube and has turned into a full-time job. He has even published a cookbook featuring some of the recipes he has shared.

Tasting history is such a fun idea: examining the history of our world through the food we’ve consumed over time. It’s like the perfect recipe, some history, some cooking, and a dash of humor.
